Hey There! I’m Erica, and I’m the founder and leader of REVIVE Woman, a vibrant and growing, life-giving community of Jesus-loving, Spirit-filled women.
We started as a group of 8 women in a private side-room of a restaurant overlooking downtown Tampa, and over the years we’ve grown to a collective of more than 600 women, hosting quarterly Girls Night Out events and an annual conference.
My heart is to raise up women who have a sound to make for Jesus and His Kingdom — to encourage, equip, sharpen and send out women who will declare boldly and confidently into their sphere of influence, no matter whether that’s in a boardroom, on an athletic field, in a classroom, in government, or in a living room. We ALL have a sound, and we ALL play a part. Let’s journey together!
I’m the co-lead pastor at REVIVE Church of Tampa in Tampa, Florida alongside my husband, Doug. I also host The Positioned to Prosper podcast where I put out episodes weekly.
